119RIA047 is the manual release handle used on Came underground gate systems that have the A4364 fitted. This is the low security release mechanism. The release handle can be inserted at the base of the gate from either side of the gate. When inserted, turn the handle by about 120 degrees. LB180 is an interface circuit board to connect two batteries to a ZLJ24 control panel. The LB180 will keep the batteries charged while mains power is applied. It will switch over to the batteries when the mains power fails. 

LB180 takes two 12V batteries. The battery size depends on the anticipated use while running on battery, and the overall time the power is off. In UK, we can expect power outages to be about 10 minutes, but recent storms have seen several days outage.
