IDENTIFICATION - The data plate is fixed to the gearbox. FROG-A use ZA3P, FROG-AE use Z3E, FROG-A24 use ZL19 or ZLJ24, and FROG-A24E use ZLJ24

MANUAL RELEASE - There are three release options. Releases are bolted to gate plate above ground. 

There are 2 versions on 24Vdc and two on 230Vac. The old 24Vdc motor (FROG-A24) had two limit switches on a plate below the output arm. Originally used ZL19, then ZLJ24. The old  230V motor uses the ZA3 panel. FROG-AE is the encoder version of the 230V motor that uses the ZM3E panel. The little used FROG-AV is a fast version of 230V motor without encoder.

IDENTIFICATION - The data plate is fixed to the gearbox. Use ZM3EP

MANUAL RELEASE - There are three release options. Releases are bolted to gate plate above ground. 

There are two 230Vac versions with the same motor.  The PM4 is faster with a max gate leaf of 5.5m. The PM6 is slower with max gate leaf of 7m. Motors have encoders. Limit switches are optional. Control panel is ZM3EP.

IDENTIFICATION - The nose and top are light grey. The body is dark grey. The data plate can be found below the top cover. Use A3000 and A5000 use ZA3P. A3024 and A5024 use ZL19, A3024N and A5024N use ZL180.

MANUAL RELEASE - There is a flip up manual release cover on top. The key is a standard trilobe key. 

The original version of ATI was launched last milenium and lasted until 2007. The new version took over in 2002. There is no obvious difference from outside. 230V versions had 3 terminals (UVW).  Old 24V versions had 7 terminals.  24V versions have 3 terminals (MNR).  ATI 230V use limit switches to enable each direction. ZL180 or ZLJ24 use the 24V ATIs microswitches for slow down.

IDENTIFICATION - In light grey with a dark grey plastic top. The data plate is inside. Remove the conduit entry plate. AX3024 and AX5024 use ZLJ24. All others use ZM3E.

MANUAL RELEASE - There is a slide back manual release cover. The key is a standard trilobe key. 

AXO motors have encoders and physical stops fixed to the underside of the nose. The AXO was release in 2012 with 5 versions. Three with short stroke are 300mm. The two long stroke are 500mm.  230V versions have 3 power terminals (UVW) and an encoder wire.  24V versions have 3 terminals (MNE) including the encoder signal.

IDENTIFICATION - In light grey with a dark grey plastic top and nose. The data plate is the nose. A18230 uses ZA3P. A1824 uses ZL92.

MANUAL RELEASE - There is a slide back manual release cover. The key is a standard trilobe key. 

The AMICO was release in 2005 with one 230Vac version and one 24Vdc version. 230V versions have 3 power terminals (UVW).  24V versions have 2 terminals (MN).  AMICO motors have encoders and physical stops fixed to the underside of the nose.

IDENTIFICATION - In dark grey full length, with light grey below motor. The data plate is under the top cover. AXL sets use ZL60. AXI sets use ZL65.

MANUAL RELEASE - There is a lift up lever on the top of the motor released  with a standard trilobe key. 

All models are 24Vdc. with encoders and mechanical stops under the nose They use ZL60 or ZL65 control panels. AXL is the budget version for shorter gates. AXI has a two versions, both the same power, but one for longer heavier gates.

IDENTIFICATION - In light grey with exposed chrome shaft. The data plate is the nose. ATS30AGS and ATS50AGS use ZM3E. ATS30DGS and ATS50DGS use ZL65

MANUAL RELEASE - There is a flip up cover on top with trilobe key release underneath. 

ATS has two 230Vac models and two 24Vdc models. Each voltage has has a 300mm and a 500mm stroke length. The 230V versions have 3 terminals (UVW) and limit switches for end of travel. The 24Vdc versions have 3 termnals (MNE) including an encoder signal, and limit switches.

IDENTIFICATION - Aluminium body with black top and bottom. Remove bottom for data plate. ZL92 control panel.

MANUAL RELEASE - Behind a plastic dust guard on the front of the gearbox. Uses a trilobe key. 

STYLO motors use ZL92 control panel. RME version is reversible, so does not have a manual release. Both versions have encoders. Two arm options available.

IDENTIFICATION - Aluminium body with black top and bottom. Remove bottom for data plate. Use ZA3 or ZA3P.

MANUAL RELEASE - Turn trilobe key. Handle pops out. Rotate handle to disengage. 

KRONO motors use ZA3 control panel. Capacitor built in. Stroke lengths of 300mm or 500mm. Left hand and right hand versions. KR310 and KR510 have limit switches.  KRONOs are direct replacement for CLOK3 and CLOK5 motors.

IDENTIFICATION - Dark grey plastic cover. Remove cover to find data plate. FTL20DGC has a ZL60 inside. FTX20DLC has a ZL65 inside.

MANUAL RELEASE - Manual release key (left) releases manual release lever (right). Uses trilobe key. 

FTL is the budget version with DIP switch programming. FTX have a digital control panel. Double leaf sets have a suffix C motor with a control board, the another motor without, suffix S. All versions have physical liits, encoders and limit switches.

IDENTIFICATION - Light grey plastic cover. Remove cover to find data plate. F7024 uses an external ZLJ24. FA70230CB has a ZF1 inside.

MANUAL RELEASE - Behind a plastic dust guard on the front of the gearbox. Uses a trilobe key. 

The original FAST motor from the 90's has been replaced by the FAST70 model. In every double leaf set, one motor with CB suffix has the control board, the other is just a motor. All versions have physical liits and limit switches.

IDENTIFICATION - Aluminium body with light grey plastic ends. Data plate inside fixed to gearbox. F1000 used ZA3P or ZM3E. FE40230 uses ZM3E. FE4024 & F1024 uses ZLJ24.

MANUAL RELEASE - Security key unlocks a door in the front. Rotate lever behind the door to release. 

The original F1000 in 230V and 24Vdc versions had a single piece dark grey plastic cover. New F4000 series introduced in 2010 now have encoders, so use ZM3E or ZLJ24 control panels. All versions have limit switches.

IDENTIFICATION - Aluminium motor gearbox in a black casement. Data plate inside. Uses ZL90 control panel.

MANUAL RELEASE - Security key release beneath a hatch in plastic cover. 

There was only one MYTO with two arm options. Now discontinued. It was 24Vdc with integral encoder. Use ZLJ24 control panels.

MANUAL RELEASE - Security key release beneath a hatch in plastic cover. 

There was only one FROG-J. Now discontinued. It was 24Vdc with integral encoder. Use ZLJ24 control panels.

MANUAL RELEASE - Trilobe key releases a clutch cover. Inside, rotate CCW to declutch. 

Three 230Vac motor sizes for 400kg or 800kg gates.  Old DIP switch control panels inside were ZBX6 or ZBX7. LED display control panels in new version are ZBX6N or ZBX7N. Mechanical liit switches.
