TALOS bollards
Came chain barrier
While not a bollard, the enduring CAME chain barrier serves the same requirements. Occasional access in town centres. Arm barriers can be a liability where the public may be around a decending arm.
CAT has two chain guages with openings up to 15m. Like bollards, they are set in urban areas where public safety and vandal resistance are priorities.
