Yes, since 2022, a unique and random 24 bit code per button

What is TAM/TOP is?

A

Originally, TOP remotes were 12 bit and TAM were 24 bit. Now most fixed code remote part numbers begin with TOP. All current cloneable remotes will copy 12 or 24 bit codes.

What does jumper on AF43S do?

A

With jumper off, the AF43 indicates to the control panel the code will be 24 bit. On means 12bit. However modern boards including ZM3E and ZLJ24 learn 12bit or 24bit regardless of the jumper link

Does TOP42FGN come coded?

A

The manufacturer says it has a "New fixed code" but will not state if it is 12 or 24 bit. This code is recognised by all new control panels, but not recognised by old ZM or ZLJ panels. The "New  Fixed Code"  may not be 12 or 24 bit, but the TOP42FGN can learn a code from an old 12 or 24 bit remote.

Yes, recent panels (and standalone recievers) can save 12 bit and 24 bit codes at the same time.The Jumper on the AF43S is irrelevant.
